There is an aspiration for Scotland to be one of the best performing countries in the world for donation and transplantation. To make this happen NHS National Services Scotland is currently working with a range of NHS organisations and the Scottish Goverment to increase the quality of the services and the number of transplants provided over the next six years.
As such, NHS National Services Scotland has issued a questionnaire asking people who have received a transplant to tell them about all aspects of their care, before and after treatment. By giving your feedback, you can help shape the service for the benefit of future transplant recipients.
If you've had a transplant and live in Scotland, we're keen to hear from you.
