Hero lad’s mum in organ donor push

The mum of a tragic hero schoolboy who saved FIVE lives with his organs joins a push to educate kids about becoming donors.

Lily Turley, 49, backed the campaign after Daryl, 13, died in a 2009 road accident — but his heart, liver, kidneys and bowel were given to help others.

She met Health Secretary Nicola Sturgeon at his old school Holy Cross, in Hamilton, to let pupils know they can make the same heroic gesture.
