Appointing a representative

A representative is someone you appoint to make your organ donation decision on your behalf. Under current Scottish law, this has no legal standing. However you can still register the details of a representative. And should you be in England, Wales or Northern Ireland at the time of your death, then your representative will be legally recognised to make a decision on your behalf.
